Privacy & cookies
Last updated 12 October 2026. This explains what personal information Nest & Form Ltd collects, why, and what your rights are under UK data protection law (UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018).
Who's responsible for your data
Nest & Form Ltd, company number 17081409
Registered office: 209 Burton Road, Burton upon Trent, DE14 3DR
Contact: [email protected] · 07448 985421
1. What we collect
- Enquiries: your name, postcode, phone, email, message, and the design and estimate you created in the 3D designer.
- Site visits and quotes: your address, notes and photos of your garden, access and ground conditions.
- Builds: the signed Build Agreement, invoices and payment records, and progress photos.
Your garden photo in the 3D designer never leaves your device. It is shown in your browser only and is not uploaded or stored by us.
2. Why we use it, and our lawful basis
- To reply to your enquiry, arrange a site visit and prepare a quote: steps taken at your request before a contract.
- To build your room, take payment and handle your warranty: performance of a contract.
- To keep tax and accounting records: legal obligation.
- To use photos of finished builds on our website or social media: only with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
We don't send marketing emails unless you've asked for them, and we never sell your data.
3. Who we share it with
- Service providers we use to run the business: Google Workspace (email and files), Cloudflare (website hosting) and our form-handling service.
- Trades who work on your build, such as a qualified electrician, only as far as they need.
- Our bank, payment providers and accountant.
- Planning or building control authorities, where an application is needed and you've agreed.
Some of these providers may process data outside the UK. Where they do, they're covered by UK adequacy regulations or approved contract safeguards.
4. How long we keep it
- Enquiries that don't go ahead: up to 12 months, then deleted.
- Customer and build records: 6 years after your build is finished, for tax, contract and warranty purposes.
5. Your rights
You can ask to see the information we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, restrict or object to how we use it, ask for a copy to move elsewhere, and withdraw consent at any time. Email [email protected] and we'll reply within one month.
If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, please tell us first so we can put it right. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or 0303 123 1113.
6. Keeping it safe
Your information is kept in password-protected accounts with two-step sign-in, and only the people working on your project can see it.
7. Cookies
This website does not set cookies and doesn't use analytics, advertising or tracking tools, so there's no cookie banner.
To show the page, your browser fetches fonts from Google Fonts and the 3D viewer's code from a public content network (cdnjs and jsDelivr). Like any website, those services see your IP address when your browser requests the files. If we add analytics in future, we'll update this page and ask for your consent first.
8. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version.
